The event of trip cancellation, the insured person shall inform the tour company/operator, in writing about the cancellation and reason there of within 24hours from the occurrence of the incident, explain such information is such situation is not possible for reasons beyond, the insured person’s control than within 7days from the date of activities, justifying such cancellation. In the event of the person’s defaulting on the abovementioned deadline, the company may decrease cost reimbursed to the amount that, the traveller would be charged with by tour operator on the reporting the incident.so if I cancel after I have already booked for Tanzania safari within 24hours ,the company may give you refund but is not if your payed,it dencrease cost
The client should inform the company on the cancellation of the trip in writing within 7 days, the date of occurrence and provide the company with the following information;-
•The air ticket.
•Statement confirming the trip cancellation.
•The certificate of the event organizer confirming the amount of deductions on account of the cancellation trip.
•Document confirming the occurrence of circumstances resulting in necessity of cancellation ticket including in particular;-
Medical documentation.
A copy of a death certificate.
Police certificate confirming the occurrence of loss of property.
When you make a booking of Tanzania safari, we will provisionally reserve your trip on the basis of these terms and conditions. A binding contract between us, will come into existence only, when we have received your deposit (or if applicable full payment) and send our Confirmation Invoice to you. Prior to doing so, we may send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the deposit. Any such acknowledgement simply indicates that we are dealing with the booking,Tanzania safari and is not a confirmation of it.
Please check the Confirmation Invoice together with all other documents we send you as soon as you receive them. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the Confirmation Invoice, or elsewhere appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any responsibility, if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document, within ten days of our sending it out. Whilst we will do our best to rectify any inaccuracies notified outside these time limits, you will be responsible for any costs and expenses involved in doing so except, where we made the mistake and there is good reason why you did not contact us, within the above time limits.
We reserve the right to alter prices shown in any of our brochures or on our website or in any literature that we send to you and we will inform you of any price changes prior to the issue of our Confirmation Invoice.
Payment of deposits and final payments can be made by credit card, money bank transfer or cash made payable to Africa Natural tours Ltd. Payments can also be made by direct credit transfer into our bank account (details of which will be provided to you upon request) or by debit or credit card.
If you want to change your trip in Tanzania safari, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. We will try to help you, although we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to do this as changes, are subject to availability at the time. Where we can make a change, we will charge for any additional services, facilities, or other items changed, at the price which applies on the day the change is made.
While some companies will choose to confiscate the entire amount you deposited other companies, will refund you some percent or the whole money you gave as a deposit or full payment. To most of operators, once your trip has been confirmed the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation Fees 60 days or more prior to your trip start date, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total trip price. 59 to 32 days prior to trip departure, 50% of the total trip price will be refunded. 31 days or less prior to trip departure, there is no refund.
a. If you cancel your trip the cancellations must be sent in writing to the office that confirmed the reservation. Cancellations shall only be effective from the date of receipt of cancellation by the booking office. In case of a booking cancellation, the Company shall retain the full deposit.
b.If a booking is cancelled the client is subject to a cancellation fee as follows: until 4 weeks prior to departure – 30% Cancellation Fee
c.4-2 weeks prior to departure – 50% Cancellation Fee
d.2-1 weeks prior to departure – 75% Cancellation Fee
e.Less than 1 week prior to departure – 100% Cancellation Fee
In all cases of cancellations you will also need to cover our non-refundable and partially refundable expenses, such as hotel reservations or domestic air tickets. Before issuing a refund, we will deduct those expenses and the costs of fund transfer.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole and absolute discretion, however, in that case the Company agrees to refund all monies already paid by the client. This shall be the Company’s sole responsibility to the client and no claim for any damages, however arising, shall accrue against the company.
If you cancel you’re booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation is only possible in written way.
You should sign cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a tour for any reason after it has commenced it, is obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
The client should provide receiving written notice of cancellation on Tour Company. If you transfer to another date, your payment will be applied toward your new itinerary with no additional fees.

Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly encouraged.
Any emergency on the life activities may occur which may cause you to cancel your program and travel plans. A Trip Cancellation policy may be your avenue to recover fees if you cancel for covered reasons. However there are some companies that will choose to take possession of the entire amount you deposited, other companies will refund you some percent or the whole money you gave as a full payment.
