All payments of Tanzania safari, made by direct credit transfer/money transfer into our bank account (details of which will be provided to you upon request) or by debit or credit card and by cash upon arrival. Please note that for payments made by credit and debit card a few Percentage charge will be added by us to the amount payable.
Please notify us immediately if you have not received your travel documents from us by 7 days before starting travel at the latest. In this case, we will send you the travel documents immediately, provided you have made payment. If you do not notify us and fail to start travel due to a lack of travel documents, we will have to treat this as a cancellation liable to costs.
Hence, if you change dates after already booked for Tanzania safari ,make sure you communicate with the company within 7 days before starting travel in order to comfirm your detail and give you new document the same to time of arive.
The cancellation charges, are determined by many factors that once we have booked with hotels,safari camps and lodges and with local airlines, they will charge us as a company, a cancellation fee if we cancel a booking.
Cancellation must be made in writing statement, and the receipt of the cancellation must also be confirmed in writing statement by a company. If there is no acknowledgment of the cancellation from our company, it means that your cancellation notification has not been received and is therefore not valid. Cancellation notifications must be acknowledged in writing in order to be valid.
If you wish to cancel your trip, you must write to us. If you want to change your trip in any way you must inform us (Africa Natural Tours ltd) in writing statement via whatsapp or email as soon as possible. We will try to help you, although we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to do this as changes, are subject to availability at the time. Unless notice of cancellation is received prior to the issue of our Confirmation Invoice, we will levy a cancellation charge on.
Some fees and charges may apply to making changes to your booking, depending on the payment conditions of your trip.
For example in the airline if you change the flight you’ll need to pay the difference if the fare for the new itinerary you’re planning to book is higher than the fare you’ve already paid. You’ll need to pay for the charges and fare difference online to complete the changes to your ticket.
Where we can make a change of Tanzania safari, we will charge for any additional services, facilities, or other items changed, at the price which applies on the day the change is made. In addition, we will also apply an administration charge for each item you want to change together with any further costs we incur, for example with our suppliers, in making any change.
If you cancel you’re booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation is only possible in written way. You should sign cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a tour for any reason after it has commenced it is obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
The client should provide receiving written notice of cancellation on Tour Company. If you transfer to another date, your payment will be applied toward your new itinerary with no additional fees.
If you transfer to another date, your payment will be applied toward your new itinerary and you will be charged an additional $100 per person change fee.
If you transfer dates, your full payment will be applied toward your new itinerary and you will be charged an additional $150 per person change fee. All trip participants are required to obtain Travel Insurance that includes coverage for medical evacuation, repatriation and medical expenses for the duration of their program. Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly encouraged
3 weeks or more before the agreed start of travel if the minimum number of participants specified in the description of the holiday is not reached. Customers will be notified immediately which can make customers an alternative offer. If customers do not accept this offer, the payments already made will be returned to them.
If you are unable to take part in the safari with us, you may be able to transfer your place to someone else suggested by you and acceptable to us subject to the following:
1. You must write to us with full details of who you would like to go instead. We must receive this information at least 14 days before departure.
2. If the change can be made, you will have to pay an amendment fee together with any extra costs we incur or are asked to pay in order to make the change.
3. Anyone who takes part in the trip instead of you must agree to our terms and conditions.
4. Please note that scheduled airlines often do not allow any name changes within a certain period prior to departure and generally not at all after flight tickets have been issued.
Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the travel price. Customers are recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance and further insurance policies.
If you cancel your trip the cancellations must be sent in writing to the office that confirmed the reservation. Cancellations shall only be effective from the date of receipt of cancellation by the booking office. In case of a booking cancellation, the Company shall retain the full deposit.
If a booking is cancelled the client is subject to a cancellation fee as follows: until 4 weeks prior to departure – 30% Cancellation Fee
4-2 weeks prior to departure – 50% Cancellation Fee
2-1 weeks prior to departure – 75% Cancellation Fee
Less than 1 week prior to departure – 100% Cancellation Fee
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole and absolute discretion, however, in that case the Company agrees to refund all monies already paid by the client. This shall be the Company’s sole responsibility to the client and no claim for any damages, howsoever arising, shall accrue against the company.
We may cancel you trip in Tanzania safari, as a result of your failure to pay your deposit or the balance or any other amount.
If the emergency event can Occur we need to cancel arrangements, we will tell you as soon as possible in written statements. However we will not cancel your arrangements less than 30 days before the trip commences unless it is for a reason which is out of our control. If we have to cancel your trip arrangements we will provide you with an alternatives like;
alternative arrangements of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price; or
Cancel your trip arrangements with a full refund of all monies paid.
the same trip departing on a different date, here we cancel for lack of numbers in accordance with the tour especially group safari.
Any alternative arrangements or cancellation must apply to all persons included in your booking. We may say that, some of our trips can only be operated if a sufficient number of people agree to take part and pay all sums due. If there is insufficient demand, we have the right to cancel the trip in question. If we have to do so, we promise we will tell you no later than 30 days prior to the trip commencing.
We hope and expect to be able to provide you with all the services we have confirmed to you. However given the nature of our safari and their locations, you are expected to be flexible and accommodate the possibility of alternative arrangements having to be made, even at the last minute and without prior notice.
You will get a 10% cancellation penalty in 90 and more days before the scheduled start of your tour.
You will get a 30% cancellation penalty in 60-89 days before the scheduled start of your tour.
You will get a 50% cancellation penalty in 30- 59 days before the scheduled start of your tour.
You will get a 75% cancellation penalty in 8 - 29 days before the scheduled start of your tour.
All cancellation penalties are based on the total tour price. In all cases of cancellations you will also need to cover non-refundable or partially refundable expenses, such as hotel reservations or domestic air tickets.
No refunds will be made for all cancellations made in 7 or less days prior to the scheduled travel dates.
