What fees are included when cancel booking

For Kilimanjaro Climbing

• Fifty days and above before departure, No cancellation fees


• Eight to fourteen days before departure is Ten percent of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees.


• One to seven days before departure is fifty of the total tour prices will be charged as cancellation fees.

For Safaris in Tanzania

• One hundred fifty days and above before departure is No cancellation fees


• Ninety to one hundred forty-nine days before departure is ten percentage of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees


• Forty-five to eight nine days before departure is twenty percentage of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees


• One to forty four days before departure is thirty percentage of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees

Change of Dates

You are free to change the dates of your tour at any time. Despite the fact postponement, appropriate cancellation charges and any new charges will apply. Additional charges will be knowledgeable by the Company to you previously the rescheduling is done. In case the booking is cancelled after postponement the original tour date will be used to compute any refunds.
