A Great Experience from the First Day

I joined a 6-day group climb on the Machame Route with Tanzania Natural Tours, and it turned out to be an experience I will always remember. From the first day, everything felt well organized, and being part of a group made the journey even more enjoyable. The scenery changed beautifully as we climbed higher, from the forest at the beginning to the open mountain landscapes and rocky terrain near the summit. Every day had its own challenges, but taking things slowly and having the support of our guides made it much easier to keep going. Our guides were friendly, patient and encouraging throughout the trek. They checked on everyone regularly and made sure we were comfortable before continuing. I also really appreciated the teamwork of the porters and the camp staff, who worked hard behind the scenes.

The food was another pleasant surprise. The meals were fresh, tasty and filling, which was exactly what we needed after long days of walking. The camps were also kept clean and organized. Reaching the summit was the most emotional part of the whole journey. It was tiring, but standing there with the rest of the group and looking out over the landscape made all the effort worthwhile. I am very happy with the experience and grateful to the whole Tanzania Natural Tours team for making the climb such a memorable journey.
