A Long Journey That Was Worth Taking

For us, we travelled from Mombasa to Lake Nakuru as a group because we wanted to experience the park and see its famous wildlife for ourselves. During our visit, we enjoyed several game drives and were fortunate to see rhinos, giraffes, zebras and buffalo. We also spent time near the lake watching birds and taking photographs of the scenery. Our mid-range accommodation was comfortable and gave us a good place to relax after a full day of game drives. We particularly appreciated having a comfortable stay without making the trip overly expensive. What we liked most was the combination of wildlife and beautiful landscapes. The journey from Mombasa was long, but travelling as a group, having comfortable accommodation and enjoying the safari made it worthwhile. We would happily recommend the experience to other travellers looking for a good-value safari.
