A Relaxing Day Filled With Beautiful Moments

I had an excellent Zanzibar day tour from Paje with Rashidi my guide. He speaks English fluently and is very knowledgeable about the history of Zanzibar. The Jozani forest walk was interesting but you don’t really go very deep in the forest to see the red colobus monkeys. We found a large family in the trees by the road and they were climbing across the electrical wires going across the road. The mangrove board walk did not offer much wildlife to see. Bring your towel if you intend to dip in the pool at Kuza cave. Paje beach was amazing and I had a nice lunch at one of the restaurants right against the beach. The Rock is worth a look. Very quaint and picturesque. I did not go across to the restaurant.
