Seif prepared delicious meals every day, with hot breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, plenty of snacks, and fresh, clean water. On the cold nights, we were even provided with hot-water bottles, while the high-quality tents and sleeping bags kept us comfortable throughout the climb.
