A Truly Unique Katavi Safari Experience

I will never forget the incredible sight of dozens of hippos fighting for a little space in the muddy ponds that were still holding water toward the end of the dry season. I have never seen such a dramatic scene anywhere else, and for me, this is something that made Katavi National Park truly special & Unique. We were also lucky enough to see lions twice, along with so much other wildlife, including dozens of giraffes, elephants, baboons, zebras, and different kinds of antelopes not only that but also, we saw amazing monkey.
