An Incredible 8-Day Uganda Safari – A Lifetime Experience.

8 Days

Our 8-day safari in Uganda was one of the most incredible travel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived in Entebbe, we were excited to explore this beautiful country, famous for its extraordinary wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and incredible primate experiences. This safari offered a wonderful combination of adventure, nature, and opportunities to discover some of Uganda's most remarkable national parks.

One of the highlights was visiting Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where we had the opportunity to experience rhino tracking on foot with experienced guides. It was fascinating to learn about rhino conservation and observe these magnificent animals in their natural environment. We then continued to Murchison Falls National Park, where the scenery was spectacular and the wildlife viewing made the experience even more exciting. The game drives gave us opportunities to search for elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, and lions, while the boat cruise along the Nile offered beautiful views of hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species.

Our journey continued to Kibale National Park, an extraordinary destination known for its rich primate population and tropical rainforest. The natural beauty of the forest made us appreciate Uganda's incredible biodiversity even more. We also enjoyed visiting Queen Elizabeth National Park, where the wildlife-filled savannah landscapes and the famous Kazinga Channel boat cruise created some of our favourite memories. Watching hippos in the water, observing birds along the channel, and looking for wildlife during game drives made every moment exciting.

The most unforgettable part of our adventure was visiting Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for mountain gorilla trekking. Walking through the lush rainforest in search of a gorilla family was an exciting experience, and finally seeing these incredible primates in their natural habitat was truly emotional. Observing the gorillas in the forest gave us a deeper appreciation for wildlife conservation and the importance of protecting endangered species.

What made this journey special was the variety of experiences throughout the trip. We enjoyed wildlife viewing, beautiful landscapes, rainforest exploration, and unique encounters with some of Africa's most fascinating animals. Uganda exceeded our expectations and gave us memories that we will treasure for years to come.

We would recommend this safari to travellers looking for an authentic African adventure that combines classic wildlife experiences with unforgettable primate encounters. For anyone dreaming of discovering Uganda's national parks and seeing mountain gorillas in the wild, this journey offers an incredible opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the Pearl of Africa.
