Is a Serengeti Day trip safari from Arusha possible?

A Serengeti day trip safari is generally not recommended from Arusha or Moshi, because the Serengeti is a vast distance away and the journey can consume most of your day. Instead of having enough time to relax and enjoy wildlife, you may spend much of the day driving through the route simply to reach the park and return, with limited opportunity to stop for proper game viewing. A Serengeti day trip is more practical from Mwanza, where you can access the Western Corridor through Ndabaka Gate in about two hours each way, leaving more time for an enjoyable game drive and wildlife viewing before returning to Mwanza.
