Magical experience!

From China, I have just returned from my amazing safari to the Ngorongoro Crater and Conservation Area with my local guide from Tanzania Natural Tours, a major tour company in Tanzania. The Crater was vast and varied, and I went on a three-day, two-night camping trip. On the 2-hour game drive, which often extended when there were sightings to sit and observe, I headed to a remote area of golden and green bush, with nothing to hear but rhinos and the calls of lions. The waterways were a unique way to feel part of the system. With my local tour guide, we glided through channels of lily pads and vegetation, with tall trees in the background. It was the perfect way to see the variety of beautiful birds, from small rollers, all framed by the stunning, ever-changing colors of the bush. It was a sight I will never forget. Enjoying sundowners and delicious meals served overlooking a huge bend in the Crater was another memorable experience, along with visiting elephants, giraffes, and various antelopes.
