“Super”

As a solo traveler, I spent a short private luxury safari with Tanzania Natural Tours in December, over the Christmas holidays, and it was filled with unforgettable experiences and valuable lessons. Our adventure began with a morning pickup from Karatu, followed by a drive to the beautiful Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Along the way, we were treated to amazing wildlife big 5, including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and the iconic baobab trees that define the park's landscape. We enjoyed a delicious picnic lunch in the bush before heading to our campsite, where we set up our tents and shared dinner beneath the magnificent African night sky. I learned so much during the safari, especially on the second and third days. On our way back from Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu, we came across more beautiful wildlife, including zebras with their young ones, and it was wonderful to see these animals in their natural environment. Along the road, we also met local Maasai people selling handmade treasures such as traditional beaded jewelry, earrings, and baskets. Meeting them gave me a deeper appreciation of the local culture and of the way communities preserve and proudly share their traditions. It was a journey I will remember for a long time, and I would gladly recommend Tanzania Natural Tours to anyone dreaming of an authentic and memorable African adventure.
