The game drive in Lake Manyara was full of memorable moments. We enjoyed watching elephants, giraffes, zebras, and baboons, but the birdlife was also a wonderful surprise. We spotted colorful lilac-breasted rollers, African fish eagles, crowned cranes, flamingos, and pelicans around the lake and forest areas. Joseph made the game drive exceptional by patiently pointing out different species and explaining their behavior and calls. His local experience helped us notice so much more than we would have on our own. Between the wildlife, beautiful birds, and scenery, every part of the drive gave us something exciting to remember.
