We were amazed by the quality, variety, and taste of the meals he prepared every day, especially considering they were cooked at altitudes over 2,500 meters. It was far beyond anything we expected and played an important role in keeping us motivated throughout the trek.

My birthday met me at the mountain. One moment we will never forget was when the entire crew went the extra mile to celebrate it there. They surprised me with a birthday cake and gathered to sing for me, creating a truly special memory in such an extraordinary place.
