The Journey Was Long, But Tsavo Was Worth It

We left Mombasa early in the morning and headed towards Tsavo National Park, not knowing exactly what to expect. As we travelled inland, we enjoyed seeing the surroundings change from the coastal environment to the dry savannah landscapes of Tsavo. Once inside the park, we joined a game drive and were excited to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Seeing the famous red elephants of Tsavo was particularly memorable because it was something we had never experienced before. We also enjoyed the peaceful scenery and beautiful landscapes throughout the park. By the end of the day, we felt that the journey had been completely worth it.
