The Spices Were Amazing, but Stone Town Told the Real Story.

We booked the spice tour and Stone town tour with Tanzania Natural Tours. The spice tour itself was great, Rashid explained each plant clearly and made the experience fun. The food we tested in Stone town was so delicious! We were also expected to tip multiple people and purchase items at several stops without advance notice, which was frustrating since we ran out of cash by the end. Overall: do the spice tour, and bring several small bills for tips.
