After breakfast, depart from Moshi and drive toward Rongai Gate on the northern side of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, complete the park registration procedures and meet your private mountain guide and support crew. Begin the trek through the montane forest, gradually gaining altitude as you follow the Rongai Route. Your guide will maintain a steady pace with regular breaks to help you settle into the climb. Continue through the forest and surrounding mountain landscape until you reach Simba Camp, where you will have dinner and spend the night.
